Description
The 2X One Step RT-PCR Mix is used to perform one-step reverse transcription and endpoint PCR applications with any gene-specific primers (GSP) for RNA targets. This master mix is formulated with optimized buffer components to accommodate reverse transcription and amplification in one single reaction tube. The master mix is supplied at a 2X concentration and is easy to use, requiring only the addition of GSP and template RNA without additional cap opening and pipetting operations, saving time and effectively reducing the risk of contamination.
