Etching Filter Mesh Material:

In theory, all metal materials can be etched. However, different chemical formulas are used for different materials. Materials with good corrosion resistance, such as gold and silver, even need aqua regia etching formula to be etched. Taking into account the risk factors and mass production, the vast majority of our factory uses SUS304,SUS316 stainless steel etching processing, as well as all copper, copper alloy, molybdenum sheet materials can be etched.

Etching Filter Mesh Plate Thickness:

The ideal condition is: 0.05mm-0.5mm thickness range. At present, our factory can process material thickness control in 0.02mm-2.0mm. The thicker the plate will need to etch processing time will be longer, the relative cost will be higher. At the same time, ultra-thin material processing costs will not be low, process control and anti-deformation operations need special treatment.
