Stainless steel window mesh is woven by plain weaving process, which has good ventilation and light transmission properties, and is widely used in doors, windows and corridors to prevent small insects from disturbing. Stainless Steel Window Mesh Material

    ***  201: Contains 3.5-5.5 nickels, easy to rust, but good wear resistance and cheap price;

    ***  304: Contains 8-10 nickels, the most commonly used stainless steel window screen material;

    ***  316: Contains 10-14 nickels, good corrosion resistance and high gloss;

    ***  316L: Contains 12-15 nickel, good corrosion resistance, commonly used in coastal humid areas, but the price is high.

Usually we choose 304 material, which is not only durable, but also affordable and generally acceptable.
If choose 201 material, usually call it stainless iron, which is easy to rust. So powder coat it to increase its corrosion resistance and thus prolong its use life.
For coastal areas or perennial humid environments, generally choose 316 or 316L materials, which have excellent corrosion resistance and can greatly increase the service life of stainless steel window mesh.
