Galvanized Wire and Redrawing Wire Introduction
Galvanized wire is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire rod through drawing, pickling and rust removal, high temperature annealing, hot-dip galvanizing (or electro-galvanizing), cooling and other processes.

Galvanized Wire and Redrawing Wire Production Process
The general production process of galvanized wire is: wire rod -- large drawing -- annealing -- medium drawing -- annealing -- galvanizing.
The production process of redrawing wire is: wire rod -- large drawing -- annealing -- galvanizing -- middle drawing.
It can be seen that the redrawing wire has one less annealing process in the production process, so the redrawing wire is harder, and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of galvanized wire, but the price is lower than that of galvanized wire.
