Polypropylene (PP) Knitted Wire Mesh has good chemical stability. In addition to being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is relatively stable to other chemical reagents, but low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons are relatively stable. It can soften and swell PP, and its chemical stability increases with the increase of crystallinity, so polypropylene is suitable for making various chemical polypropylene wire mesh demisters with good anti-corrosion effect.

The performance density is 0.90g/cm3, which is a light general-purpose plastic. Corrosion resistance, tensile strength 30MPa, strength, rigidity and transparency are better than polyethylene. Non-toxic, tasteless, low density, strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance are better than low pressure polyethylene, can be used at about 100 degrees.
