Description:
It is manufactured according to GB / t1730 and iso1552 standards and is used to determine the deformation resistance of the coating film. The length of the pendulum rod of QBY coating film pendulum hardness tester is 500 ± 1mm, and the total mass of the pendulum is 120 ± 1g.
Under specified conditions, the ratio of the time required for the swing rod of a certain mass to swing a certain amplitude on the coating film to the time required for the swing rod to swing the same amplitude on the glass. Expressed as 0 ~ 1.
It is suitable for testing the resistance to deformation on single or multi-layer coatings of paints, varnishes and related products.
