1. Introduction
GZ200-4BSEx Ex-proof 200L drum below-bunghole fully automatic filling machine is equipped with 4 filling stations each line, which could perform empty drum infeed, bunghole positioning, filling, filled drum outfeed automatically. The machine adopts S304 hard connection pipe and valve system, featuring high integrality, heat preservation and high safety, which is appropriate for filling high temperature bitumen/asphalt product in 200L drum.

3. Interlock security system
In addition, the filling machine has a safety interlock system. When the drum is not in the right position or the filling nozzle does not go through the bunghole, the filling valve would not open or start filling; when the filling telescopic pipe touches the drum surface, it would retract automatically.
4. Weighing system
TRANSCELL stainless steel nitrogen purging sensors are embedded with the weighing platform on the filling stations. UNIPLUS instruments are installed with the control cabinets. The weighing platforms keep low with only 10cm high, which also endure high temperature.
5. Roller conveyors
There are 4 parts of roller conveyors used in the system: empty drum infeed, weighing, filled drum outfeed, and filled drum wait-shovel. Apart from the filled drum wait-shovel roller conveyor, all the other roller conveyors used are power roller conveyors equipped with ex-proof motor and reduction gears. All the rollers are kept within 10cm high, improving easy and safe operation.
Peripheral Equipment
1. Palletizing system
The filling line is assessed with a palletizing system, which facilitates the completed drums discharge. After arriving the palletizing position, the completed drums are snatched up by the pallet gripper two at a time and located on the pallet. When the two subsequent competed drums arrive at the palletizing position, the pallet gripper would go back and repeat the transfer action. The pallet with completed drums would move to the wait-shovel roller way waiting for forklift, in the meanwhile the pallet magazine would release an empty pallet. The pallitizer is operated repeatedly.
