200L Fully Automatic Visual Pallet Filling Machine
1. Introduction
The GZ200*4-1BS fully automatic visual pallet filling machine features 1 filling station per machine, capable of visual bunghole positioning and automatic filling. Manual removal is required for filled heavy drums. Constructed with S304 hard connection pipes and valve system, this machine offers high integrity, excellent heat preservation, and superior safety. It is designed for filling chemical products in drums ranging from 40L to 1000L.
2. Filling Nozzle
The filling nozzle incorporates an internal-type metal-sealed bottom valve and compression-type graphite packing shaft seal, ensuring zero dripping and high temperature endurance. The nozzle features casing insulation that can accommodate steam or hot oil for heat tracing.
3. Interlock Security System
The machine includes a comprehensive safety interlock system. The filling valve will not open or start filling unless the drum is properly positioned and the filling nozzle is correctly aligned with the bunghole. The filling telescopic pipe automatically retracts upon contact with the drum surface.
4. Weighing System
Equipped with TRANSCELL stainless steel nitrogen purging sensors integrated into the weighing platform and UNIPLUS instruments in the control cabinets. The low-profile weighing platforms (10cm high) are designed for high-temperature endurance.
5. Roller Conveyors (Not Applicable)
The system utilizes four roller conveyor sections: empty drum infeed, weighing, filled drum outfeed, and filled drum wait-shovel. All conveyors except the wait-shovel are powered roller conveyors with explosion-proof motors and reduction gears. The low-profile design (10cm height) enhances operational safety and ease of use.
Peripheral Equipment
1. Palletizing System (Optional)
The optional palletizing system facilitates efficient drum discharge. Completed drums are transferred two at a time by the pallet gripper onto pallets. The system operates continuously, with empty pallets automatically supplied from the pallet magazine while loaded pallets move to the wait-shovel area for forklift removal.
2. Capping and Sealing Machine
