GZ18-4BS 40L 4-Head Automatic Jerry Can Filling Machine
This gravimetric filling system is engineered for precise chemical liquid filling of 18-40L containers with small bungholes. The automated process includes container infeed, positioning, quick/slow filling with weighing, outfeed, and bunging/sealing operations.
Automated Filling Process
Empty containers are placed on the chain-board conveyor and automatically processed through three stations: wait-filling, weighing/filling, and outfeed. Four containers are handled simultaneously for maximum efficiency.
Precision Filling Nozzle System
Constructed from S304 stainless steel, the below-bunghole filling nozzles feature metal-sealed bottom valves, compression-type shaft seals, and anti-drip catch mechanisms to ensure zero leakage and exceptional filling accuracy.
Safety Interlock System
Advanced safety features prevent operation when containers are improperly positioned. The system automatically retracts nozzles upon contact with container surfaces and only initiates filling when proper alignment is achieved.
High-Precision Weighing System
Utilizes TRANSCELL sealed stainless steel load cells with nitrogen purging and IP68 protection. Real-time weight monitoring is provided through TOLEDO or UNIPLUS weighing instruments integrated with control cabinets.
Conveyor System
Five conveyor sections ensure smooth material handling: empty cans infeed, wait-filling, filled cans outfeed, sealing chain-board, and undriven roller conveyor. All feature adjustable lengths and standard 600mm height.
