Advanced Filling Nozzle Design
Constructed from S304 stainless steel with below-bunghole filling technology. Features metal-sealed bottom valve, compression-type shaft seal, and UNIQUC air cylinder with anti-drip catch for zero drip operation and superior filling accuracy.
Safety Interlock System
Comprehensive safety features prevent operation unless containers are properly positioned. System automatically retracts nozzles upon contact with container surfaces and prevents valve opening without proper bunghole alignment.
Precision Weighing System
Incorporates TRANSCELL sealed stainless steel load cells with nitrogen purging and IP68 protection. Integrated with TOLEDO or UNIPLUS weighing instruments for real-time weight monitoring and control.
