Equipment Dimensions and Footprint

Sawing Main Unit: Main body length approximately 4.5m, width approximately 2.5m (subject to foundation drawing).

Installation Space: ≥1.0m of operating and maintenance space should be reserved around the equipment for inspection, cleaning, and safe passage.

The above dimensions are for factory space assessment only; the final installation dimensions will be based on the foundation layout drawing confirmed by both parties.

The operating process is as follows:

- Feeding Stage: Raw materials are manually fed into the feed roller conveyor area. The side clamping device automatically clamps the material and pushes it towards the saw cut.

- Head Sawing: The length of the head is manually measured and sawn. After sawing, the head is removed, and automatic sawing of the finished product begins.

- Positioning Stage: The length-setting mechanism pushes the workpiece to the set length position, and the servo system completes precise positioning.

- Clamping Stage: The pre-saw and post-saw clamping devices operate simultaneously to stably press the workpiece.

- Sawing Stage: The saw frame descends at the set feed speed, and the band saw runs at high speed to complete the cut.

- Retraction Stage: The pre-saw clamp retracts slightly, the saw frame moves upward to return to its original position, and the saw band cooling system continuously sprays mist to cool the material.

- Discharge Stage: Finished products and waste are manually handled for subsequent operations.

- Cycle Stage: The system automatically determines the number of cuts and the remaining material length, and continues to the next cycle.

The finished product operates continuously and automatically during the sawing process, requiring no manual intervention.

Technical Service and Warranty

- The seller provides lifetime technical support for the contracted equipment.

- The product warranty period is 12 months from the date of acceptance and delivery.

- During the warranty period, if any quality problems are found (specific timeframes for regions outside mainland China need to be negotiated): Response within 24 hours, on-site personnel dispatch within 48 hours; service

personnel will not leave the site until the fault is resolved; equipment faults will be resolved within 7 days of arrival.

- Outside the warranty period, the seller provides spare parts and technical support on a long-term basis, and supplies consumable parts at cost price.
