The equipment mainly consists of a machine bed, power head, feeding system, automatic feeding device, clamping device, material distribution device, automatic feeding and receiving frame, hydraulic system, electrical system, spray cooling system, automatic lubrication system, chain-type chip conveyor, cutting fluid cooling device, etc.
- The seller provides lifetime technical support for the contracted equipment.
- The product warranty period is 12 months from the date of acceptance and delivery.
- During the warranty period, if any quality problems are found (specific timeframes for regions outside mainland China need to be negotiated): Response within 24 hours, on-site personnel dispatch within 48 hours; service personnel will not leave the site until the fault is resolved; equipment faults will be resolved within 7 days of arrival.
- Outside the warranty period, the seller provides spare parts and technical support on a long-term basis, and supplies consumable parts at cost price.
