Filter production structure configuration
Customers can choose at will
1 . After HEPA side full sealing welt
2 . HEPA within the range of 6-95mm of material folding height + note 1-inch or 2-inch or 3-inch glue line on HEPA surface
(inject glue according to the customer's requirements. 1 inch is equal to the distance between glue and glue is 25.4mm)
3 . Handle (PET non-woven fabric with ribbon)
4 . Assemble the paper frame (the frame includes black cardboard frame, white cardboard frame and color printing frame)
5 . Sealing strip (the thickness of sealing strip can be 2mm, 3mm and 5mm) (this is optional for customers)
What is the purpose of Hepa?
It is an acronym for "high efficiency particulate air [filter]" (as officially defined by the U.S. Dept. of Energy). This type of air filter can theoretically remove at least 99.97% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and any airborne particles with a size of 0.3 microns (µm).
Main purification objects
Haze, pollen, smoke, dust, hair fine particles, aerosols, particles above pm0.3um, and other harmful suspended particles. Test basis: gb-t6165-2018 air volume test parameter: 32l/min
