Introduction of Carbon Air Filter

We have automatic production line, and we can produce the cartridges with different specifications. If the material is PP, PET, PE, panel height ranges from 8mm to 90mm. For glass-fiber kind of filter cartridges, available sizes are: 25, 35, 52, 63, 75, 83, brackets figure shows the finished product filter thickness.

1. Activated Carbon Pad can be added on the surface to absorb harmful gas
2. Electrostatic PP or glass fiber material
3. Removal of dust, pollens, mold spores, dust mites, and other allergens.
4. Removal of many bacteria.
5. Solid particles captured are not released into the air again.

1. Waviness of pleat block along length be kept to a minimum
2. Pleat blocks are much more flat
3. Minimum pleat height is 8mm, maximum height is 80mm
4. Glue beads runs the length of the element
5. Normal distance between two glue beads of the element is 50.8mm(adjustable according to requirement)

6. High efficiency with very low pressure drop e.g. per H13 grade, HEPA with our material, pressure drop only about 1/9 to fiberglass media
