Forged ball valves work by rotating the stem to release or block the valve. It has full-diameter ball valve, 90° Angle, ball valve switch light, small but large diameter, reliable sealing, simple structure, convenient maintenance, sealing surface and the sphere is often closed. Forged steel ball valves are primarily used to cut or connect medium in pipes and can also be used to regulate and control fluids.
Forged steel ball valves have a removable metal-seated construction, pre-loaded plate springs, and a proper sealing force design, flexible opening and closing, and a highly reliable seal. Forged steel ball valves can be designed to contain solid particles, mud, and other media or to withstand high temperature structures according to customer requirements. Forged steel ball valves have underside hood and reverse seal construction to ensure packing seal. Pressure: 1.6-MPa-32.0MPa

The Q41F forged steel ball valve is mainly used for long distance pipeline transportation of oil and gas and urban gas pipeline systems.
