Application

QB316 adhesive resin is widely used as a binder for various multi-layer Food packaging composite films, various multilayer coextrusion food packaging composite films, special for high temperature films,such as films for biscuit, bread, chocolate, cookie, cracker, sweets, confectionaries, potato chips, crisps, wafer, nuts, peanut, etc.

Decriptions

Adhesive granule is a modified polyolefin with functional groups to bond firmly to common Polyolefin, Polyamide(Nylon), Ethylene-vinyl -alcohol (EVOH).Since polyolefin itself have no functional groups, it does not adhere to other materials. So we incorporate functional groups into the Polyolefin-Resin to endow the outstanding adhesiveness to other materials without losing all the characteristic benefits of the polyolefin.

QB316 is a maleic anhydride functionalized polypropylene mixture, easy to form film,with excellent processablility and adhesive strength, realizes the bonding of polypropylene resins and PA(Nylon) resins.

Advantages

Strong Adhesion:Adhere to PA(Nylon) etc. strongly by thermal reaction. And it bonds strongly to PP resins and PA(Nylon) resins and keeps its polyolefin characteristics also.

Durability:It can maintain excellent adhesiveness under the the harsh conditions in the thermal aging , hot water, cold water, high temperature,included chemical resistance.etc.

Simple and easy processing: It can be processed in conventional extrusion equipment which is designed for plyolefin processing,doesn’t require special production equipment and the process condition is similar to common polyolefin.

• Packed in 25kgs Paper-plastic bags
• Keep in dry,cool and ventilated environment;Avoid direct exposure to water and sunlight.Avoid bulk package and securely wrap the unused part.
