Descriptions

Adhesive granule is functionalized polymer, which can bond plastic and metal. Those polymer materials can be tightly bonded to other materials while maintaining some excellent polymer materials by adding some special polar function groups that make it strong adhesion and still maintain good characteristics.

VF990 adhesive resin is a maleic anhydride functionalzied polyethylene mixture,They are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and co-extrusion equipment.

Chemical Structure

Composition: Maleic Anhydride and Vinyl Acetate functionalized polyethylene mixture.

Application

VF990 adhesive resin is widely used as binder for adhesive films for aluminium composite panel,FRACP, metal composite panel for Interior and exterior decoration.

Recommended Processing Technology.

Zone 1 Temperature 135~145 ℃

Zone 2 Temperature 145~155 ℃

Zone 3 Temperature 155~165 ℃

Zone 4 Temperature 155~165 ℃

Die Temperature 165~175 ℃

Melt Temperature ＜230℃

Packages and Storage

• Packed in 25kgs Paper-plastic bags
• Keep in dry,cool and ventilated environment;Avoid direct exposure to water and sunlight.Avoid bulk package and securely wrap the unused part.
