Hot dipped galvanized steel pipe is in manufacturing process using steel pipes of removed rust dipped into zinc liquid of 500℃ temperatures, and making steel surface attached zinc layer so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.

Application

The use is very wide, from the general engineering structure to cars,Bridges, ships, boilers and pressure vessels and other manufacturing, have been used in large quantities.

“NEW GARDEN” Brand hot DIP galvanized pipe, the basic steel pipe is high-frequency welded pipe, and then the pipes will be pre-processing as De-greasing, Rinsing, Pickling, Washing ,Dipping Fluxing, Hot Air Drying etc before dipping galvanized. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes are bright and uniform in color, and the welds are evenly formed into a linear shape. Each pipe is detected by eddy current. The hot-dip galvanizing used in the steel pipe is No. 0 zinc, which has strong corrosion resistance, and the inside and outside of the pipe have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment.
