The polymer adhesive cast film for aluminum Honeycomb composite panels is based on the comprehensive research of domestic and overseas aluminum honeycomb adhesive, combined with the independent intellectual property rights. It adopts the latest in-situ reinforecement,ionic cross-linking reinforcement, and toughening technologies,this adhesive has been successfully developed with many years of R&D and application experience.Aluminium honeycomb panel is made up of multi-layer materials. Both the upper and lower layers are high-purity aluminum alloy sheets, the middle layer is aluminium honeycomb sheet. Polymer adhesive film is used for high temperature bonding between the aluminium honeycomb sheet and the aluminum alloy coil.

AH3020 adhesive cast film is used for aluminium honeycomb composite panel with 100% of adhesive resins with no solvent, no formaldehyde, no benzene, no toluene and other harmful substances, 100% solid content. The polymer film is only sticky after being heated and melted, and then the adhesion between various substances is achieved under a certain pressure.

Application:

AH3020 polymer adhesive film is used for Aluminium honeycomb Panel,which can be used for outdoor headers,signboards,and interior and exterior decoration.The aluminium coil thickness range is form 0.5mm to 0.7mm.

Processing Suggestions :

Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AH3020+aluminium honeycomb sheet +AH3020+AL

Bonding Temperature: 155℃-180℃ (Actual Temperature of tie Equipment)

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants.

QC Standard: IS09001:2015

Packing and Storage:

6 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
