The polymer films are made of maleic anhydride functionalized vinyl hot melt adhesive resin, which do not contain small molecule precipitation and do not react at room temperature. The purpose of bonding is mainly achieved by melting and heating. There is no cross-linking during the bonding process, and there is no molecular emission and can be reheated.The polymer film adopts the latest in-situ reinforecement,ionic cross-linking reinforcement, and toughening technologies,this adhesive has been successfully developed with many years of R&D and application experience.

AH3025 adhesive cast film is used for aluminium honeycomb composite panel with 100% of adhesive resins with no solvent, no formaldehyde, no benzene, no toluene and other harmful substances, 100% solid content. The polymer film is only sticky after being heated and melted, and then the adhesion between various substances is achieved under a certain pressure.

Application:

AH3025 polymer adhesive film is used for Aluminium honeycomb Panel,which can be used for outdoor headers,signboards,and interior and exterior decoration.The aluminium coil thickness range is form 0.5mm to 0.7mm.

Processing Suggestions :

Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AH3025+aluminium honeycomb sheet +AH3025+AL

Bonding Temperature: 155℃-185℃

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants.

QC Standard: IS09001:2015

Packing and Storage:

6 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
