The polymer adhesive cast film for aluminum Honeycomb composite panels is based on the comprehensive research of domestic and overseas aluminum honeycomb adhesive, combined with the independent intellectual property rights. It adopts the latest in-situ reinforecement,ionic cross-linking reinforcement, and toughening technologies,this adhesive has been successfully developed with many years of R&D and application experience.Aluminium honeycomb panel is made up of multi-layer materials. Both the upper and lower layers are high-purity aluminum alloy sheets, the middle layer is aluminium honeycomb sheet. Polymer adhesive film is used for high temperature bonding between the aluminium honeycomb sheet and the aluminum alloy coil.

AH3015 adhesive cast film is used for aluminium honeycomb composite panel with 100% of adhesive resins,which ensures the honeycomb panel bonding well and has excellent peel strength.The aluminium honeycomb panel is not easy to peel off and delaminate after using many years in interior or exterior area.

Application

AH3015 polymer adhesive film is used for Aluminium honeycomb Panel,which can be used for outdoor headers,signboards,and interior and exterior decoration.

Processing Suggestions :

Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AH3015+aluminium honeycomb sheet +AH3015+AL

Bonding Temperature: 145℃-170℃ (Actual Temperature of tie Equipment)

Bonding Press Force: > 7kg/cm2

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants

QC Standard: IS09001:2015

Packing and Storage:

12 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
