Decriptions

Hot melt adhesive resin is a modified polyolefin with functional groups to bond firmly to common Polyolefin, Polyamide, Ethylene-vinyl -alcohol (EVOH).Since polyolefin itself have no functional groups, it does not adhere to other materials. So we incorporate functional groups into the Polyolefin-Resin to endow the outstanding adhesiveness to other materials without losing all the characteristic benefits of the polyolefin.

AT620 is a maleic anhydride functionalized polyethylene mixture, easy to form film,with excellent processablility and adhesive strength, realizes the bonding of polyethylene resin and EVOH resin.

Pay attention to the parameters, and characteristics of each hot melt adhesive models. Adjust the viscosity and open time through temperature control. Melt in about 5-10°C higher during summer season. Do not mix use with other adhesive models and types. Tank lid should be closed immediately after pellet filling. Do not over fill the tank with too much hot melt adhesive pellet, to avoid partially over-heating and aging.

Application

AT620 adhesive resin is widely used for Multi-layer barrier container, cosmetic tubes, food tubes, Toothpaste bottles,etc

Advantages

a. Strong Adhesion:Adhere to EVOH etc. strongly by thermal reaction. And it bonds strongly to PE resin with EVOH and keeps its polyolefin characteristics also.

b. Durability:It can maintain excellent adhesiveness under the the harsh conditions in the thermal aging , hot water, cold water, low temperature,etc.

c. Simple and easy processing: It can be processed in conventional extrusion equipment which is designed for plyolefin processing,doesn’t require special production equipment and the process condition is similar to common polyolefin.

• Keep in dry,cool and ventilated environment;Avoid direct exposure to water and sunlight.Avoid bulk package and securely wrap the unused part.
