This process enables better control over finished product shape, thickness, dimensions, and a more consistent finish.Stainless steel coils are divided into austenite, ferrite, martensite, dual-phase (ferrite-austenite) stainless steel cold rolled coils and stainless steel hot rolled coils.Cold rolling technology refers to a process whereby steel or stainless steel metals are rolled at room temperature rather than being heated to 1100 degrees Celsius. Rolling steel at room temperature by passing it through rollers enables shaping.
