Working Principle
Vacuum freeze drying technology is an advanced method of material dehydration. Freezing the moisture material at low temperatures causes the water inside the product to sublimate directly under vacuum conditions. The sublimated water vapour is then collected by condensation and the material is dehydrated and dried. After the vacuum freeze drying process, the physical, chemical and biological state of the product remains essentially unchanged. After freeze-drying, the material forms a porous form, whose volume is essentially the same as before drying, and can be stored for a long time in an airtight container.
