Production Introduction
The Low Energy Consumption Multifunction Industrial Food Medicine Meat Vacuum Freeze Dryer is composed of refrigeration system, vacuum system, heating system, electrical instrument control system and so on. The main components are drying oven, steam trap (cold trap), refrigeration unit, vacuum pump, heating/cooling device, etc. The item to be dried is first frozen to a temperature below the triple point, and then the solid water (ice) in the item is frozen under vacuum. It then sublimates to water vapor, which is removed from the product to dry it. After pretreatment, the materials are sent to the quick-freezing warehouse for freezing, then sent to the drying warehouse for sublimation and dehydration, and finally enter the post-processing workshop for packaging.
