1 What materials are usually used in sheet metal processing?

Hot dip galvanized steel SGCC

Hot dip galvanized steel coil refers to the semi-finished product after hot rolling pickling or cold rolling,

after cleaning and annealing, immersed in the melting zinc tank at a temperature of about 460°C, so that

the steel sheet is coated with a zinc layer, and then after tempering and leveling, and chemical treatment.

SGCC material is harder than SECC material, less ductile (avoid deep pumping design), thicker zinc layer,

and less weldability.
