      Flexible Die regularly replace solid rotary die for cutting RFID labels because it is cost effective comparing with solid rotary die. Blade height can be designed higher due to thicker material, and it can be controlled within a few microns to designed total height. Flexible Dies can be treated with special surface coating to ensure anti-rust and durability.
