Flexible die is cost effective comparing with rotary cutting cylinder, for cutting pressure sensitive label sticker. Blade height can be controlled within a few microns to designed total height. Distance between blade lines can be controlled precisely within tight tolerances, to meet strict requirements for printing and cutting. Flexible Dies can be treated with special surface coating to ensure anti-rust and durability.
