YHWP-7026-S Cylinder battery semi-automatic winding machine
This machine is mainly used for the precision winding of prismatic power battery. The work process is as follows: Leading the anode and cathode electrode into the winding area with manual, joining with the separator and stacking, then winding according to the process requirements, automatically adhering terminated tape and auto-blanking for jelly roll.
2,Equipment characteristic
a. Single winding core and taking out winding needle from both side structures.
b. Feeding the electrode flakes manually, automatic winding, automatic replacing the needle, automatic adhere the glue tape and automatic output the finished cell core；
c. Active unreeling of two rolls of separator, with adjustable constant tensile force；
d. The software can be set as “Cathode Feeding First”, “Anode Feeding First” or “Both Feeding”.
e. Can wind the electrode with length of 1800mm. (Core Dia. is no more than 26mm)
f. Electrode feeding with manual, tension is steady.
g. Winding speed is steady, tension of core is steady.；

Tension of cathode and anode electrode: adopting vac-sorb way.

Winding precision: the error for separator and Anode, Anode and cathode less than ±0.5 mm; (length of electrode less than 500mm).
