This machine is mainly used for cylindrical lithium ion battery winding. The working process is as follows: the cathode, anode and separator are active unwinding, which are respectively treated by dedusting and removing iron and static electricity, and are introduced into the winding part and wound according to the process requirements, and the termination tape is pasted. The finished products are automatically cut off, and after short-circuit detection and defective products are removed, the good products are transported to the collection table, and the full-automatic winding process is realized.
