GN-W300Y-SC-MT laser welding machine is a system integration equipment integrating light, machine and electricity, mainly used for the welding of prismatic cells’ cap and tab.

The equipment runs stably and reliably. The core laser is a 1500W pulsed YAG laser developed by our company. It has good processing quality, high efficiency, high-precision linear workbench, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

Using self-developed GN-W300Y-SC-MT pulsed laser, the fiber core diameter is 400µm, the length is 5 meters, the energy conversion efficiency is ≥3%, the host power is 10KW, the water cooler is 3KW, the single-point pulse laser energy is large, and the heat affected area is small.
