The manual punching machine is researched and designed by our company which is used for cutting various materials(thin metal foil,electrode,separator,etc) in the battery industry. The equipment has fine workmanship, and the resulting discs has no burrs and no indentation after punching, the cutting die can be replaced to achieve different equipped with different size die, it can achieve sheet material cutting and dropping. The design of this machine is small, flexible and convenient. It is very suitable for 0.01~0.5mm thickness battery cathode,anode electrode and separator cutting. Can be easily accessed through a glove box.
There are two kinds: manual punching machine and pneumatic punching machine.
1. Die size can be customized.
2. Compact design enables it can be used in glove box.
3. Punching die can be replaced easily.
