Description:
This machine is mainly used for precision winding of 18650 batteries. The working process is as follows: the positive and negative plates are manually introduced into the winding part, stacked with the separator, and wound according to the process requirements, the termination tape is automatically attached, and the battery core is automatically discharged.

Rolling needle combination width: 6～15mm;
Diaphragm width: 10～40 mm;
Electrode width: 8～38 mm;
Electrode length: 60～300 mm;
Termination tape width: 8～15 mm;
Winding accuracy: diaphragm and anode electrode, the alignment error of the anode electrode and the cathode electrode sheet is less than ±0.5 mm;
Requirements for materials:
a. The width error of the pole piece is less than 0.1mm;
b. The "S" bending error of the pole piece is less than 0.5mm/1000mm, and there must be no edge warping;
c. The tower shape error of the diaphragm roll is less than ±0.2mm, and there must be no edge warping;
Equipment capacity: 6 to 10 PPM (related to the length of the pole piece and the manual feeding speed);
Drum shell rate:
Cell thickness ≤ 6mm, drum shell rate < 2%;
Cell thickness>6mm, drum shell rate<3%;
