Jet Mill Description:

Working principle:

1. Crushing: high pressure air and material enter the crusher at the meanwhile separately. The material is crushed by high-speed airflow, and the air material is removed from central outlet.

2. Cyclone separator: mixed air powder into the upper cylinder with high speed, powder rotates downward to the lower outlet due to large mass , the gas has small mass and spins out from upward, to make gas and solid separated, and then collect most of powder.

3. Dust filtration bag: The incoming gas will bring a few of dust will be filtered by the bag. The gas with dusty will become to clean gas and discharged from the outlet after filtered, complete separate the gas and solid.
