Lithium Ion Batteries Equipment Roll to Roll Integrated Calendaring & Slitting Machine

The machine is to roll the positive / negative electrodes after coating continuously through the continuous hydraulic pressure roller machine, evenly calender the electrodes to the thickness required by the process, and then slit it into 2-4 electrodes that meet the technological requirement width, and rewind with alignment.

Incoming electrode width: 50-800mm;
Calendaring accuracy: ≤ ±2um
Width cutting accuracy: ≤ ±0.3mm;
Cutting burrs: Foil: ≤10um, Vertical direction of coating area: ≤7um;
Correction accuracy: ≤ 0.1mm
