Gelon Battery Equipment Laboratory Heating Vacuum Film Coating Electrode Machine

This product is a small coating machine with automatic drying function. The precision film maker is pushed at a uniform speed to achieve a smooth and uniform coating effect. The equipment uses vacuum suction to fix the substrate, so that the substrate will not be wrinkled during the coating process, so that the coating is smoother. After coating, the sample can be heated and dried by closing the upper cover of the instrument. The maximum temperature can reach 180°C, and the temperature control accuracy is ±2°C.

This device is particularly suitable for the preparation of solid electrolytes and lithium battery pole pieces.
