This equipment is an automatic lithium-ion battery cell winding machine for power lithium battery cells, which is mainly used for the winding and forming of cylindrical cells. This equipment adopts a three-roll three-station needle winding structure;

Equipment configuration

1. Equipment size: about 5800mm (length) × 1800mm (width) × 2450mm (height); (excluding the fan, for reference only, the final equipment size is subject to the actual design).

2. Workshop ceiling net height from floor surface: ≥ 2600mm (total equipment height ≤ 2550mm).

3. Equipment weight: about 12.3T (equipment installation site ground bearing ≥ 1000KG/㎡).

4. Appearance color: standard ; or customer provided color plate (made according to customer color plate).

5. Working power: AC380V±10﹪, power 65KW, frequency 50Hz.

6. Compressed air: 0.5~0.7 MPa, using flow rate about 3000L/min, usage rate 90%.

7. Vacuum source: minimum -60Kpa.

8. Using environment: temperature 10～35℃, dew point below 20℃, no combustible and corrosive gas, no dust (cleanliness not less than 10K Class).
