Introduction:
The automatic servo single-sided spot welding machine is mainly used for the spot welding of cylindrical batteries, and can be used with a variety of lithium battery pack production lines. The general CNC system is adopted to make the control more standardized and the product adaptable. Digital servo motor drive ensures precise positioning. The workstation design is oriented to the production site, the operation setting is simple, and the standard CNC program processing makes the operation threshold extremely low, easy to learn and use, and high work efficiency.

- Workstation structure, the height of the workpiece is flush with the worktable.
- It can store up to 200 sets of data configuration, which is convenient for changeover production.
- Simple programming, support any point programming, array programming and CAD data import.
- Automatic repair welding at break point, support automatic start and manual start mode.
- Alarm prompts for false welding, desoldering, and explosion.
- Pre-alarm reminder of the welding times of the welding needle, the interval of welding needle grinding, the service life of the welding needle and the replacement of the welding needle.
- The welding head supports water cooling and air cooling.(optional)
