1. Overview
- This machine is primarily designed for the electric rolling of cathode and anode electrode battery materials, as well as nonferrous metals such as copper and aluminum in laboratories. It is particularly suitable for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery electrodes, which are materials for clean energy.
- The equipment uses gear transmission to achieve roller pressing, with adjustable pressing thickness and convenient use. The rollers have high hardness and are treated with hard chrome plating on the surface, reaching a hardness of HRC55 and being rust-resistant, ensuring safe use.
- The wedge adjustment for the pressing gap is stable and has high adjustment precision. The rolling precision is high, facilitating the feeding of sheet materials for rolling. It uses gear engagement to achieve roller pressing. The pressing thickness and speed are adjustable. Electric roller pressing forms automation and allows for forward and reverse operation.
- The upper and lower rollers have independent temperature control.
