The GN-MR-200H Laboratory Calendering Machine is designed for the electric rolling and compacting of lithium battery electrode materials, including anode and cathode materials, as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum.
It is particularly suitable for laboratory research and development where electrode materials need to be thinned and compacted to increase material density. The machine uses a gear drive system and motor-driven rollers with adjustable roller gap and rolling speed, supporting both forward and reverse rolling operations.
