This product is a small coating machine with automatic drying function. The precision film maker is pushed at a uniform speed to achieve a smooth and uniform coating effect. The equipment uses vacuum suction to fix the substrate, so that the substrate will not be wrinkled during the coating process, so that the coating is smoother. After coating, the sample can be heated and dried by closing the upper cover of the instrument. The maximum temperature can reach 180°C, and the temperature control accuracy is ±2°C. This device is particularly suitable for the preparation of solid electrolytes and lithium battery pole pieces. It is widely used in the research of various high-temperature coating films, such as battery material films; it can adapt to the development of film-forming technology under high-temperature conditions in the future.

3. Maintenance methods and precautions

(1). After each use, clean the vacuum plate and various parts of the body with a dust-free cloth dipped in alcohol.

(2). Regularly check the screws, nuts and other fasteners on each part of the coating machine to prevent loosening and prevent safety accidents.

(3). During operation, it is strictly forbidden to extend hands and other moving parts into the working dangerous area to cause personal injury. During operation, two or more persons are not allowed to operate to avoid accidental injury.

(4). Non-technical personnel and non-designated personnel cannot disassemble and debug the equipment arbitrarily.

(5). Do not disassemble circuit components without authorization.
