I. Overview of equipment characteristics
1. Aluminum-plastic film forming machine is an equipment used for forming
aluminum-plastic film of lithium-ion soft pack battery. The equipment is driven by a
cylinder and can be used to form aluminum-plastic film shells of lithium-ion batteries
of different sizes according to the upper and lower forming dies made by customers.
Sheet aluminum plastic film forming, suitable for R&D and sample preparation
applications;
2. Cylinder drive, no need of electricity, adjustable molding pressure and molding
speed; high-strength frame, upper and lower precision templates to ensure the
accuracy of molding; the molded products are stretched evenly, the stretching effect is
high-quality, and there is no defect such as strain and crack; Standard set of standard
size molds can also be produced according to customer requirements
