Filling: The vacuum packaging machine uses a special device to precisely place the product into the prepared packaging bag to ensure even distribution and appropriate packaging volume.

Vacuum sealing: Once the product is placed in the bag, the packaging machine begins to create a vacuum environment. It will extract the air inside the packaging bag and seal the packaging bag through the sealing device to prevent oxygen from entering the bag.

Detection and Rejection: Packaging machines may be equipped with sensor systems to detect any abnormal seals or bags. If anomalies are found, the bags are automatically rejected or processed.

Conveying and discharging: The completed vacuum packaging bags are moved to the next workstation or discharging area through conveyor belts or other mechanical devices, ready for further processing or transportation.

Rotary vacuum packaging machines are usually highly automated and can be adjusted to the size and requirements of the product. They may also be equipped with control systems that monitor and adjust parameters during the packaging process to ensure consistent packaging quality.
