The fully automatic rotary tea bag feeding and packaging unit is composed of a closed Z-type elevator, an electronic measuring combination scale, a multi-station rotary bag feeding and packaging machine and a finished product conveyor. This set of equipment can quantitatively pack tea, granules, flakes, strips, rounds, blocks and irregular shapes.

The automatic tea packing machine has a series of functions such as automatic feeding, metering, pouches feeding, filling, sealing, printing, counting and conveying. It is the preferred packaging machinery for tea manufacturers. The pouches-type tea packaging machine adopts the Z-type bucket elevator system for feeding and conveying. In the closed shell, the material is conveyed through the feeding hopper suspended on the chain. It can be single-point or multi-point feeding, and single-point or multi-point unloading can be completed through the unloading device.
