Different products have different stand up pouches. Doypack are basically divided into the following types:
1. Ordinary stand-up pouches: more suitable for industrial supplies industry, cannot be sealed and reopened.
2. Self-supporting nozzle bag: more suitable for daily necessities packaging of liquid or semi-solid products such as shower gel, beverage, shampoo, etc.
3. Mouth-shaped stand-up pouches: generally suitable for the packaging of disposable liquid, colloid, and semi-solid products, such as beverages, jelly, etc. It combines the convenience of a self-supporting bag with a suction nozzle with the convenience of an ordinary self-supporting bag, and realizes the function of a suction nozzle through the shape of the bag body, but the suction nozzle cannot be resealed.
4. Self-supporting zipper pouches: generally suitable for light solid products. This is not suitable for packaging liquids and volatile substances. Since the
zipper is not closed and the sealing strength is limited, it is only suitable for light solids such as candy, biscuits, and jelly. The stand-up pouch is a new type of packaging form with various styles. It has a horizontal support structure at the bottom that allows it to stand independently without support.
Our Mini Doypack packaging machine can adapt to various types of stand-up pouches, and only need to configure different measuring devices to realize the packaging of different materials.
For solid and granular materials, you can choose a combination of single-station host + linear scale/multi-head scale (selected according to the weight of the packaged material) for packaging;
For powder materials, you can choose the combination of single-station main machine + screw metering machine for packaging;
For liquid and sauce materials, you can choose a combination of single-station host + liquid pump/paste pump for packaging.
