Plow packing machine is a continuous packaging machine with very strong packaging capacity, suitable for food and non-food packaging of various specifications. It can be used not only for packaging of unbranded packaging materials, but also for high-speed packaging using pre-printed web materials.

In packaging production, due to the error between the positioning color marks printed on the packaging material, the stretching of the packaging material and the influence of mechanical transmission and other factors, the predetermined sealing and cutting part on the packaging material may deviate from the correct position, resulting in errors.

In order to eliminate this error and achieve the correct sealing and cutting purpose, our plow packaging machine is designed with automatic positioning function. The plow packaging machine can complete the design of a continuous photoelectric automatic positioning system according to the positioning of the packaging pouch material. The continuous photoelectric positioning system works with error compensation. The continuous photoelectric positioning system of the plow packaging equipment is divided into advance and retreat type, braking type and two-drive system synchronous type according to the working mode of error compensation.
