Downhole motor is composed of five assemblies of bearing, power section, coupling, anti-drop and bypass valve. Our company has realized the mass production and large-scale application of screw drilling tools with equal wall thickness.
The Downhole Mud Motor produced by our company can meet different working conditions such as high temperature resistance and oil resistance. For directional and horizontal well drilling in medium-hard formations, the screw drilling tool with equal wall thickness can withstand greater WOB and provide greater output power. It has the characteristics of high power, large torque, strong directional ability, and strong adaptability to high temperature wells.
Features of Extended Down-hole Motor
The torque is increased by 30% to 60% compared with standard down-hole motors; the transmission shaft is lubricated by drilling fluid; available in vertical, single- bend and double-bend types; maximum working temperature: 120°C.
Features of High Deflection Down-hole Motor
The unique structure makes the motor shorter, the bending point closer to drill bit, and higher build-up rate.
