Description
The GLF400 reverse circulation exploration drill rig is a lightweight, high-efficiency,environmentally friendly, multi-functional, fully hydraulic drilling rig. It incorporates the latest RC drilling technology, with rock dust effectively collected via a dust collector to prevent environmental pollution. Cuttings can also be gathered through a cyclone separator for use in sampling and analysis by geological exploration departments. Featuring an advanced structure,user-friendly operation, and minimal auxiliary time, it is widely applicable for drilling water wells, monitoring wells, and other exploratory boreholes, as well as for drilling geothermal heat pump boreholes in urban construction. This rig employs compressed air down-the-hole drilling, achieving high penetration rates in rocks with Mohs hardness f=6-20.
Its simple structure facilitates operation and maintenance, incorporating slide frame compensation,drill pipe connection/disconnection, rotation, and winch functions.
