Q1. Which software do your designers use ? When can I get the quotation?
We use UG for designing,quotation will be provided in 2working days normally.
Q2. What is the lead time for mould?
Generally speaking, for the small moulds ( below 0.6M ), we need 4-5 weeks in total; 5-7 weeks for the moulds from 0.6M to 1M while we need 7-8 weeks for the moulds that are above 1.2M.
Q3. What is the payment terms of your company?
For mould,we require 40%deposit after confirm the order,30%after sample delivery.30%after mould approval before shipment. For production order:100% deposit.
Q4. How to ensure the mould lead time and quality?
We have a strict quality control system. It includes incoming quality check, in-process quality control, and tool buy-off quality assurance. We work closely with you from start to finish of each project. Once a week, will update the project status to customer with photos and detailed time planning.
Q5. What is the process if I want to put this order to you?
Well,After customer send the PO,I will send the customer the invoice,a 40% deposit payment is required the this stage ,we will make DFM report and discuss the technical issues with customer, and then start to do mold design. after receive the payment and customer confirm our design,we will start machining.
