Steel Centrifugal Fan Backward Curved Impeller 400-3500mm Diameter with Anti-Corrosion Coating
Our backward curved impellers are engineered to withstand corrosive environments through advanced anti-corrosion treatments. The corrosion and wear of fan impellers primarily result from corrosive gases and stress corrosion in the conveying medium. We employ multiple protection methods to ensure long-term reliability.
We utilize thermal spraying and plasma spraying techniques with materials including nickel alloys, stainless steel wires, and powders. These coatings provide excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, and various dry gases. Additional methods include rubber anti-corrosion coatings and epoxy resin applications tailored to specific operational conditions.
